As a  Junior Sourcer in our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential candidates for various IT roles. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates who meet our clients’ needs. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and experience in an outstaff company.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, preferably within an IT outstaff company.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• English Upper+
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the recruiters to understand the hiring needs and requirements of our clients.
• Source potential candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage with candidates to provide them with information about Group107 and the roles available.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
