Junior Sourcer in Kasparov A.V., FOP

Hello! We are ViGoing and we believe that great teams are built by the right people. Our recruiting department is currently expanding, so we are looking for a Junior Sourcer - someone who likes to find the "impossible" and loves Internet research.

What you will do:

• Search for candidates: use LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Facebook and even Telegram channels to find specialists.

• Analyze market: understand where the people we need "live".

• Make the first contact: write personalized, interesting messages to candidates to which you want to answer "Yes!".

• Work with the database (CRM): enter candidates into the system and maintain order.

• Help recruiters: be the right hand in preparation job descriptions and interview appointments.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has an “inquisitive mind”: you won’t stop at the first page of Google.

• Can write well: Ukrainian is ideal, English is at the Intermediate level (to understand profiles in LinkedIn).

• Communicative: not afraid to write to strangers.

• Quick learner: you are ready to master Boolean Search, X-Ray search and other "magical" search tools.

• Has a sense of humor: we love the guys and light atmosphere in team.

• Start in the profession: we will teach you everything — from how to distinguish Java from JavaScript, to conducting negotiations.

• Payment: Rate 25,000 UAH + bonuses for each specialist found, who will go to work.
