What does the recruitment process look like?

1. We review your application and invite you for an interview when we determine that we may be a good fit. ;)
2. Interview with Ola from the HR department - during the interview we want to get to know you better and find out what your expectations are towards your future employer.
3. Interview with Ada - Software Tester.
4. Recruitment task.
5. Discussion of the task and summary interview.
6. Decision – we make you an offer of cooperation or provide feedback.

What do we expect?

• one year of experience in a similar position
• knowledge of issues in the field of web applications / websites
• experience with testing websites based on WordPress
• accuracy and very good work organization
• ability to create test plans and test scenarios
• analytical thinking skills < /li>
• independence and consistency in pursuing the goal
• openness to news from the IT industry
• ability to create functional documentation
