Junior Software Developer (JavaScript w REACT 2+ experience) in NorthGRC

● Project country: Denmark

● Project timezone: EU

● Office: Since COVID. we have went remote with all team members, and wish to continue this way. We are willing to support local costs of co-working and occasional travels to DK/CPH.

● Our product is 2nd generation of a product based on 20 years of experience in the industry.

● We expect 1-2 interview rounds.

● Intermediate or higher spoken/written English will be required to succeed with the team.

Responsibilities applied to the developer

● Starting by implementation of UI Framework.

● Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JS;

● Developing application code and unit tests in the REACT

● Performing code review

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features

● Participating actively in discussions, presentations, and decisions about front-end development, web application, etc.

● Bug fixing and improving application performance

● Constantly working on improving your skills and qualifications

Tech stack

● At least 2 years of commercial development experience

● 2 years Commercial experience with REACT (2+)

● 1 years Commercial experience building software (not just websites)

● Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

● Experience with Chart.js or similar

● Knowledge of Native Javascript (EcmaScript 5/6)

● Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g. SASS, LESS)

● Experience with version control systems GIT/TFS

● Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles

● Bonus skill; Experience with creating custom interactive data visualizations (D3.js, Three.js, or similar))
