Junior Social Media Spec. with German @ Fenbro in Fenbro

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Polish company selling windows and doors to B2B and B2C customers in Ireland and other global markets. Our goal is simple: we want to popularize window and door joinery from Poland and make the purchasing process as easy and as satisfying as possible. We cooperate only with the best producers and brands and offer only proven, high-quality products, known for their functionality and the highest aesthetics.

• Employment contract, B2B or employment contract (you decide) with a salary of PLN 4,500-5,500 thousand gross

• If your CV meets our expectations, we will arrange a meeting on Google Meet (up to 30 minutes).
  
• If the interview is successful, we send candidates short tasks to complete (only for recruitment purposes). If everything goes well, we will arrange a meeting at the office and decide whether you are a good fit for our team. 
  
• If you are focused on development, acquiring new knowledge, working in a good team and conquering foreign markets, we invite you to apply and join our team. We are waiting for you!

• You speak German at least B2 level, spelling (necessary condition)
• You have some experience in various activities in Social Media ( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  
• You are creative in generating content that engages various target groups
  
• You have an aesthetic sense, you can create graphics, reels or video that is engaging and visually consistent. You use Canva, Adobe Photoshop or another tool for creating and editing graphics and short but engaging video materials
  
• You have analytical skills that allow you to assess the effectiveness of posts/prepared materials (Meta Business Suite) . You are able to draw conclusions from such an analysis by adapting posts/materials to obtain the best possible results (reach/interactions)
  
• You meet deadlines for individual tasks
