REQUIREMENTS: MUST HAVE English— Upper Intermediate orhigher isamust Proven work experience asasocial media manager orsimilar role, preferably inthe technology orIT industry. Strong understanding ofsocial media platforms, tools, and analytics, with hands-on experience inmanaging corporate social media accounts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability tocraft compelling content tailored todifferent audiences. Creative thinker with apassion for storytelling. Ananalytical mindset with the ability tointerpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights tooptimize social media performance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability tomanage multiple projects and priorities inafast-paced environment. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability tobuild relationships with internal and external stakeholders. WILLBE APLUS Experience with social media advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Twitter Ads, isaplus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement acomprehensive social media strategy toenhance TechMagic’s brand presence and visibility across LinkedIn. Manage and maintain TechMagic’s social media profiles, including creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and responding tocomments and messages. Align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives, campaigns, and initiatives. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and leverage them tooptimize the company’s social media presence and performance. Analyze social media metrics and insights totrack publication performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends insocial media marketing, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the core team members, toshowcase their expertise and thought leadership through social media channels. Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry experts toamplify TechMagic’s presence and reach onsocial media. Continuously monitor and manage TechMagic’s online reputation, ensuring that all social media interactions reflect the company’s values and brand identity.
