Responsibilities:

YouTube Strategy and Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube strategy to increase viewership and engagement.
• Manage the YouTube channel, including uploading, scheduling, and optimizing videos for both Wealth Consulting and Wealth Estate.
• Utilize SEO best practices to improve video discoverability.
• Analyze and report on YouTube analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions.

Social Media Assistance:

• Assist in managing social media accounts for Wealth Consulting and Wealth Estate, focusing on engagement and community management.
• Schedule and upload content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely postings.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to stay current.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align YouTube and social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Collaborate with content creators and other team members to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
• Report regularly to management on performance metrics and progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a YouTube Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and video optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
