Junior SMM Specialist (Shafa) in EVO

About the project:
Shafa.ua is a platform for buying and selling mainly clothes, shoes and accessories. There are cosmetics, perfumery, decor, author's products, sports goods, children's goods. First of all, system businesses with new products work on the platform. However, some people sell used branded goods, giving them a "new life". More than 5 million users visit Shafa every month.

About the team:

Our team currently consists of three people: a retention specialist, an smm manager and a department head. The team's task is to retain customers, analyze trends and audience requests, and communicate with customers on social media and through newsletters.

What is important for this role:

• experience in SMM or Brand Marketing from 1 year

• completed SMM course

• responsibility, proactivity, communication
  
  

It will be an advantage:

• knowledge of Figma, because we create our creatives there

• experience in user support
  
  

Tasks:

• monitoring and responding to comments in social networks

• management of social networks

• communication with influencers

• conducting Brand Health surveys

Stages of selection:

• selection by resume

• final interview
