Junior SEO specialist in SVITLI Agency

We are looking for a Junior SEO specialist with 3 months of work experience.

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Digital agency with 7 years of experience in the field of web development and digital marketing. Our main expertise in Digital is performance marketing (SEO, PPC and Targeted advertising). 

The number of projects and scope of work is increasing, so we are looking for a Junior SEO - a specialist who will be able to quickly "pick up" part of the work in our current SEO promotion projects under the mentorship of our experienced specialist. 

It is desirable that you already have freelance or agency work experience and can strengthen our team. 

In officeJuniorSEO specialist you will analyze the sites of clients and competitors, conduct technical SEO audits of sites (we provide a checklist and teach) and help to conduct their SEO promotion, namely the need for: collecting semantics, its clustering, writing meta tags, tracking positions.

In general, your goal will be to help manage projects until you learn lead them independently.. 

There are not many of us and we are open to new ideas. We strive to be open and honest with ourselves and our clients, and always focus on achieving results.

What to do:

• Analyze clients', competitors' and market sites (work with services such as Ahrefs, Serpstat, etc.) (we provide instructions).

• Conduct technical SEO audits

• Analyzeand work on external promotion of sites (texts and links).

• Work with analytics services (GA, GSC, etc.).

• Interact with the team (work in task managers, TOR formation, written and oral communication).

• Collect semantics and cluster it.

• Buy link.

• Write meta-descriptions on pages.

• Monitor project positions.

• Grow to Strong Junior Specialist, in order to receive projects for independent management.

• Have experience working with task managers (Work Section, Trello or similar systems

• The ability to compose TK for texts, with a clear structure

• Skills for working with donor domains

• Know the main ranking factors, the impact of recent updates, have an idea of ​​what YMYL and EEAT are

• Have a concept of technical SEO-optimization, identify errors on sites, make TK for developers

• Skills for working with ChatGPT or Gemini

• Have skills in adding content, meta tags, photos to website pages in crm, such as wordpress, opencart and others.

• Completion of SEO courses

What we expect from the candidate:

• Basic knowledge of SEO optimization, external optimization and HTML

• Have an idea of ​​what the search engine is, how to define it, what types of queries there are and how to correctly cluster them

• Experience working with SEO texts, understanding and knowing what spam and key density are

• Skills in working with Google Sheets/Docs (advanced user).

• Skills in working with analytics services (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.).

• Ability to multitask.

• Ability to clearly and competently express thoughts (written and spoken).

• Ability to learn and acquire new skills independently.

• Willingness to work in our office in Odessa, at least in a hybrid format, until I transfer to the position of Stong Junior Specsalist.
