Junior SEM Specialist in The Digital Farmers

For our client, a global marketing communications network serving over 200 clients in Poland, responding to the needs of the digital era, we are looking for a person for the position of Junior SEM Specialist, who will join our team of SEM specialists.

Who are we looking for?

You run SEM campaigns, you know how to optimize them to improve KPIs, and can you advise the client on the right solutions? Or maybe you are just taking your first steps in this channel and would like to develop further? It means that we are looking for you - please apply!

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Independently conducting SEM campaigns for a selected client;
• Participating in running and managing the SEM channel as part of campaigns for clients from various industries, including international brands;
• Building structures and ads in Google Ads;
• Support in strategic campaign planning and estimating the effects of SEM activities;
• Testing new Google Ads solutions, using beta versions of Google products;
• Campaign optimization according to designated KPIs;
• Reporting campaign results;
• Analyzing data, drawing conclusions and presenting recommendations;
• Contacts with clients, building relationships and advising clients in choosing solutions;
• Preparing presentations summarizing the activities carried out.

Our expectations:

• Interest in development in the area of ​​SEM and online marketing;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - knowledge of formulas, knowledge of pivot tables, ability to present data aesthetically;
• Good knowledge of English – min. level B2;
• At least half a year of experience in the area of ​​online marketing;
• Knowledge and ability to use the Ads panel (Google Ads) and the Ads Editor;
• Experience in running Ads campaigns independently;
• Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and create recommendations;
• Strategic thinking - the ability to approach online campaigns strategically;
• Meticulousness and accuracy;
• Independence and responsibility for the assigned work;
• Commitment and focus on achieving goals;
• Taking care of the high quality of work delivered (yourself and your colleagues);
• Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment;
• Good work organization;
• Knowledge of Google Analytics will be an additional advantage;
• Knowledge of Search Ads 360 will be an additional advantage.
