Junior Sales Support Specialist in BMS sp. z o.o.

As a Junior Sales Support Specialist, you will support our sales team in operational work. In our cooperation, we focus on a friendly, partnership atmosphere. We are open to innovation. Your scope of responsibilities Support in the preparation of offers (including verification of inquiries, preparation of an offer template, collecting commercial and formal materials, keeping an eye on deadlines) Support in other commercial activities (including preparing presentations, arranging meetings, initial handling of commercial inquiries) Support in handling formal issues in relations with BMS partners and clients (e.g. updating insurance policies in accordance with concluded contracts with clients, updating certificates from ZUS, Tax Office, etc.) Keeping the repository of materials from the sales department up to date and complete in terms of elements/documents used in submitted offers , customer documentation (contracts and other documents regarding customer relations) Keeping data in CRM up to date and complete - regular reviews, supplementing missing information Supporting BMS participation in conferences Cooperation with the marketing department in preparing marketing and commercial materials (presentation templates, product materials) Cooperation with other BMS departments Our requirements Experience in working in a similar position or in sales, marketing, preferably in the IT industry Meticulousness and accuracy in performing assigned tasks Paying attention to details (e.g. language errors, different formatting in one document) Very good organizational skills High communication and interpersonal skills, openness to contact with people Ability to work in a team, but also independence in carrying out tasks Very good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and other business tools and media social media Knowledge of English at a level enabling free communication (conversations and reading/writing) Knowledge of financial sector issues and/or IT services at a general level Ability to think logically and willingness to learn quickly Welcome Freedom to use social media (LinkedIn) Creativity/ ingenuity in creating presentations/marketing materials Experience in working with CRM systems Knowledge of Canva We offer: Possibility of development in a commercial or marketing direction Permanent employment within the form of employment you prefer Free medical care Free English language improvement (classes with a native speaker) Funding for the card Multisport Nice and relaxed working atmosphere By sending your CV, you consent to the processing of your personal data contained in your CV by BMS sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw for the needs necessary to carry out current and future recruitment processes.
