We have doubled in size over the past year and are constantly expanding our ambitious and energetic sales team. Therefore, we are currently looking for +1 Sales Manager. We are sure that you will strengthen the team with your expertise. Your main task will be to sell educational courses over the phone. Our training program is the best on the market, as evidenced by the 80% employment rate of our graduates.
— Experience in telephone sales (B2C);
— Fluency in the Ukrainian language;
— Responsibility, attention to details, systematicity;
- English at the Pre-Intermediate level and above. (Courses are sold in Ukrainian, but we have a lot of internal documentation in English and colleagues from different countries, so we expect you to be able to read and minimally communicate as needed)
—Telephone sales of our educational courses in various areas;
— Online chat support with clients;
— Work with the CRM system;
— Development of ideas to improve the quality of negotiations and increase conversion.
— Work with the best edtech product on the Ukrainian market;
- Corporate culture is similar to Google, lack of bureaucracy;
— Free corporate English (2 times a week);
— Full time (11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.);
— Paid vacation and sick leave;
— The possibility to work in the office in Kyiv or remotely. The office is in the center of Kyiv, fully autonomous and ready to work in any force majeure circumstances in winter. We have our own bomb shelter;
