We have doubled in size in the last year and are constantly expanding our ambitious and charged sales team. Therefore, we are currently looking for +1 Sales Manager. We are sure that you will strengthen the team with your expertise. Your main task will be to sell educational courses over the phone. Our training program is the best on the market, as evidenced by the 80% employment rate of our graduates. Your qualities and skills that will be valuable: — Experience in telephone sales (B2C); — Fluency in the Ukrainian language; — Responsibility, attention to detail, systematicity ;— English at the Pre-Intermediate level and above. (Courses are sold in Ukrainian, however, we have a lot of internal documentation in English and colleagues from different countries, so we expect you to be able to read and minimally communicate as needed) Your tasks will be as follows:— Telephone sales of our educational courses in various directions;— Support of online chats with clients;— Work with the CRM system;— Development of ideas to improve the quality of negotiations and increase conversion.
