Junior Sales/Account Manager in LUN

LUN is the largest PropTech company in Ukraine. Our products help people find housing in Ukraine and European countries. We are looking for a Junior Sales/Account manager to join the Realtor.ua product team. Our goal is to become a global information space for realtors and real estate agencies, to provide convenient and effective tools for finding apartments for rent or purchase. Our team: There are already seven experienced specialists in the Sales team, one of them will be an official mentor. We are actively working on the development of relations with current clients - realtors and real estate agencies, which is why we are expanding the team of sales specialists. What you will do: - build relationships with real estate agencies and involve them in the active use of our product - organize and conduct offline / online meetings for agencies real estate - record work results in CRM About you: - you have experience in sales from 2 years - you can clearly convey ideas and explain complex things in simple words - you have a desire to work with a quality product - you are interested in sales and have a desire to develop in this field About the interview stages :Our team currently works most of the time remotely, so the interviews will take place via Google Meet: 1st stage - interview with HR 2nd stage - interview with Head of Sales A few words about the internal culture of LUN:- we do not have micromanagement and time trackers - trust in the team first of all - we automate routine processes to increase the space for creativity - we value work-life balance, we work without hard deadlines and overtime You will also have access to: - paid vacation and sick leave - 22 working days a year
