Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Hire to Retire (User&Role Management team) You are: Experienced in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, User Support Activities; SAP management will be an advantage; A professional with understanding of Project Management; Quick learner and adaptable to uncertain situations; A great communicator and a team player; Confident in English on at least Intermediate level With you we will: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to security role coordination, reporting, cross-market issues. Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or via email. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Write training manuals, train computer users, gain feedback from customers about role coordination; Determine the nature of the problem, run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
