We are currently looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join the Promova team. The main goal of this role is to build effective communication with clients that will improve the user experience and help them achieve their language learning goals.

Promova is a language learning platform consisting of a mobile app, website, group courses and individual lessons with tutors, as well as media and social networks. The application has already been downloaded more than 15 million times, and users have completed 35 million lessons with us. The goal of the team for the next 2 years is to occupy a top 5 position among online services for learning foreign languages. And over the next 5 years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots.

Your area of ​​influence:

  • Creation and launch of direct campaigns (email, mobile push, app inbox, in-app).
  • Tracking the basic effectiveness of direct campaigns.
  • Generation of new ideas and hypotheses for launching direct campaigns.
  • Interact with the marketing and design team to get the best results in these channels.
  • Improving delivery and conversion metrics with direct campaigns.
  • Following industry trends and monitoring competitors to identify opportunities to improve user retention.
  • Tracking mail delivery, domain reputation and building a successful reputation on different ESPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).

For this you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in CRM/email marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to create and edit messages.
  • Experience with any ESP (Reteno, eSputnik, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze CR/OR/CTR metrics.
  • Ability to analyze information by users.
  • Awareness of CAN-SPAM, GPDR and CCPA requirements.
  • Understanding the basic principles of audience segmentation.
  • Knowing what IP and domain reputation are.

Will be a plus:

  • Basic reporting skills in Amplitude and Tableau.
  • Basic skills of working with Figma.
  • Experience with user segmentation.
