Junior Reservation Manager in Platinum Mountain Hotel&SPA

Platinum Mountain Hotel & SPA is an exclusive Resort located in a picturesque mountain town - Szklarska Poręba. The complex consists of a luxurious 5* hotel and 11 comfortable apartment buildings and Platinum Adults, a facility dedicated to adults 12+. The resort has nearly 150 rooms and 400 apartments, 5 conference rooms and offers its guests a rich, family-friendly infrastructure with a complex of swimming pools, saunas, a gym and the Dr Irena Eris Beauty SPA zone, as well as three a'la carte restaurants and a lobby bar.

Due to the expansion of the facility, we invite you to participate in the recruitment process for the position of: Junior Reservation Manager.

Workplace : Szklarska Poręba.

Responsibilities:

• Active sale of hotel services,
• Providing comprehensive information about hotel offer and available services,
• Handling individual reservations,
• Responding to current needs and ensuring positive relations with guests,
• Close cooperation with other hotel departments in to ensure the highest quality of service.

Expectations:

• Sales experience, preferably in the call center or service sales area,
• Excellent skills in building relationships with clients and flexibility in adapting to their needs,
• Initiative, independence and commitment in performing tasks,
• Knowledge of English, pleasant knowledge of German or Czech is also desirable,
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (the individual sales department is open from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m., 7 days a week).
