We are currently looking for a Reputation Specialist for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech .

TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always run far beyond the horizon.

What challenges await:
— Development and free use of brand monitoring services.
- Mastering the SERP-checking system and learning to distribute the results according to the required tone.
- Learn to work on replacing and removing uncontrolled negativity from Google search results.
— Set up a system of reporting the obtained results to the relevant department; form your own anti-crisis plan in case of reputational attacks.

What is important to us
Must have:
— Competent English (minimum B2) for effective communication with stakeholders/contractors/partners.
— Understanding of the modern digital landscape, interest in PR, online reputation, risk management.
- Ability to research, analyze and structure information.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new tools.

Nice to have:
— Knowledge of Online reputation management best practices and practical experience in their use.
— Basic understanding of how SERPs/SERMs work.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the charity initiative "The Milky Way" - an internal project from the employees of our venture builder for the support of the Armed Forces. Within the limits of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
