Main responsibilities:
- Effective interaction with the recruitment director, with the lead and the recruitment team regarding the operational support of planned and unplanned requests.
- Ensuring operational support and coordination of internal team events.
- Publication, updating and archiving of vacancies on external sites and in internal systems.
- Maintenance of tables with information about active processes, deadlines, responsible persons - maintaining the relevance of data.
- Checking incoming mail (forms, requests), sorting letters, replying according to templates.
- Preparation of regular reports in Google Sheets: summarization of data, basic analytics, design in a structured form.
- Construction of simple charts and graphs for internal needs teams.
- Participation in updating internal documentation: templates, procedures, text instructions.
- Ability to generate creative solutions to effectively solve work tasks.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently process information in a dynamic environment.
- Maintaining a high level of structure in work and documentation.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to predict the consequences of adopted solutions.
- Ability to identify potential risks in advance and to prevent critical situations.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative, operational or assistant role of 6 months or more.
- Confident robot skillsand with Google Sheets / Excel: graphs, basic formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF, etc.), pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting.
- Ability to logically structure data and maintain order in documents.
- High level of organization, attention to detail.
- Willingness to work with repetitive tasks, ability to meet deadlines.
- English language at a level not lower than B1+ (correspondence, work with documentation).
- Competent written communication, ability to quickly engage in new tasks.
- Teamwork, responsibility, openness to change.
- Ability to generate creative solutions to effectively solve work tasks.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently process information in a dynamic environment.
- Maintaining a high level of structure in work and documentation.

- Experience with Confluence, Trello.
- Experience preparing spreadsheets and reports for teams/managers.
