Boosteight is a startup in the field of mobile games. We work with several niches, the main direction is car simulators.

We need a beginner Recruiting Specialist who will complement our team and will be able to train himself in working with people.

Our ideal candidate:

• 3-6 year student;
• Has basic knowledge of IT recruiting and hiring of employees;
• Have a desire to learn new things;
• Be proactive and adaptive;
• Had experience working with people. For example, student self-government.

Your tasks will be:

• Regular interaction with the CEO to find new talents for the company;
• Posting vacancies on bulletin boards;
• Screening interviews;
• Creation of lists of relevant candidates, tracking of all recruitment data;
