If you:

• have interesting cases in conducting negotiations, organizing complex processes;

• ready for a fast pace of learning and work , you are not afraid of multitasking;

• you know English at the B1 level (and if there is an additional foreign language "in your knowledge baggage" - this is an additional +).

We already have established mentoring and gradual and structured training for our new colleagues (after all, in 2022-2023, our team has increased 2.5 times and we do not plan to stop!).

The internship is structured and distributed over 3 days: we will provide theoretical material in the format of online communication with our leading specialists, and then we will consolidate everything with practical tasks that every recruiter of our team faces every day!  (first day theory, second day - practice, weekend and homework, third day - final edits and "defense of your project").

During these days, all group members will get a great start and basic knowledge for the future to start work in recruiting. 

What you will get and what you will learn by working with us:

• first, professional training in the topic of recruiting (you there will be mentors who will make you an expert in this field);

• you will understand how the work of a recruiter is structured, you will get to know all the internal processes;

• you will be able to conduct professional interviews with candidates;

• you will get to know the field of digital marketing in depth (you will get acquainted with such non-standard vacancies as: serm manager, affiliate manager, media buyer , retention manager, etc.);

• you will learn to hire candidates not only from Ukraine, but also from different parts of the world (Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America). You will understand their mentality and work culture;

• after a successful internship - official registration according to the Labor Code. 

 

• any work format: remote, office, hybrid (office in Kyiv). If you are currently in an EU country, it will be an advantage, as we have offices abroad.

Based on the results of the internship, we will select several final candidates, to whom we will offer a trial period and a full-time job. offer in our company.
