Junior Recruiter (non-tech) in Talent Hunters Hub

We are a recruiting agency specializing in three areas: IT, Marketing and HR. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to strengthen our team. What we expect from you: 6 months of experience as a recruiter; Ability to use various resources to search for candidates; Communication skills, skills in dealing with objections; Orientation to results; English language skills at the Intermediate level will be an advantage. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full cycle of the recruiting process (from posting vacancies on job sites to sending job offers); Helping with the adaptation of new employees; Monitoring market wages; Maintaining a CRM system and reporting.
