Area of ​​responsibility:

• Managing the full cycle of recruiting (from communication with the hiring manager before creating a Job Offer)
• Work with tech and non-tech positions
• Organization and support of candidates at all stages of negotiations
• Conducting HR interviews with an understanding of candidate evaluation methods
• Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments.

Important skills:

• Experience in recruiting from 6 months. or specialized courses completed
• Understanding of building a sourcing strategy for closing vacancies
• Knowledge of candidate evaluation methods.
