Junior Recruiter (IT, Marketing) in Talent Hunters Hub

We are a recruitment agency specializing in three areas:IT, Marketing and HR . We are currently looking for a Recruiter-a to strengthen our team.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in conducting as technical and marketing vacancies from 6 months;
• Ability to use resources for employment (Linkedin, Djinni, DOU, Telegram channels and others);
• High level of communication skills;

What will be part of your responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of the recruiting process (from posting vacancies on job sites before sending a job-offer);
• Help with the adaptation of new employees;
• Monitoring of wages on the market;
• Maintenance of the CRM system and reporting.
