Junior Recruiter in Teleperformance

In connection with the expansion, we invite to our team - a Junior recruitment specialist. Duties: - Finding and attracting potential candidates using various channels, such as online platforms, social networks, referrals, etc. - Conducting interviews and selecting candidates for further cooperation.- Organization of interviews and cooperation with heads of departments to ensure an effective recruitment process.- Support and update of the candidate database.- Ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction and adherence to the recruitment process. Requirements:- Experience in mass recruitment (closing up to 12 vacancies per month);- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge and understanding of the recruitment and selection process.- Ability to work under stress and in a rapidly changing environment.- High motivation and readiness for self-development.
