We invite you to work as a  Junior Recruiter for Sales Department at Bookimed.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Team Leads and On-boarding Manager to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the position;
• Use various search methods, such as job postings, social media and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates;
• Review resumes and conduct initial online interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and experience;
• Plan and coordinate interviews with candidates;
• Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process;
• Stay abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve our processes and strategies;
• Assist with the adaptation and orientation of new employees, if necessary;
• Run a recruiting ATS and generate reports;

Requirements:

• Proven experience in searching, screening and hiring candidates for various positions;
• Clear understanding of best practices and recruitment methods;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage
• several priorities;
• Ability to use candidate tracking systems and other recruitment tools;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle confidential information with care;
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher.

It will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of languages (German, French, Spanish);
• Experience in sales;
• Experience with ATS;
