🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Participate in Full Cycle Recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and making job offers.
• Actively source candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, Djinni etc.), develop diverse candidate pools, and generate pipelines for each position
• Manage and develop relationships with internal hiring managers and candidates
• Reporting using data from our automated applicant tracking system

🔥 What We Need From You [MUSTS!]:

• Intermediate English (B1).
• At least 6 months of experience as a Recruiter\Researcher.
• Understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask
• Team and result-oriented attitude.
