Recruitment team AMO currently consists of 7 experts who know where and how to find and attract the best specialists. However, we need reinforcements, and I am looking for a Junior Recruiter who will complement our team and be responsible for the recruitment of specialists for the Customer Support team (current vacancies) in Ukraine and abroad.
To do this, you will:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment - from the first contact with the candidate to the offer (mass recruitment, streaming vacancies)
- Work with different channels search for candidates and look for alternative options if the known ways do not bring results
- Build effective communication with hiring managers
- Form a positive candidate experience. You understand that the recruiter is the candidate's first and sometimes only contact with the company. And how this contact will be directly affects the company's reputation
For great results in a new role, you will need:
- Experience of working with clients - sales, customer support, account management, etc.
