Junior Recruiter in ad2Lynx

Ad2Lynx Ltd. is an international media holding with headquarters in London and offices in Ukraine, Poland, Great Britain. For more than 6 years, we have been successfully implementing projects in various directions: Ecommerce (mainly health & beauty products), Creative Production; Software Development.

• Experience in the position of a recruiter;
• Be proactive and independent, be able to plan your working day efficiently and effectively;
• Have high communication skills and a high level of empathy;
• Proficient in Ukrainian language;
• Work on results and the desire for professional development;
• Ability to work with Google Sheet and Excel.

📌Tasks that you will perform:

• Formation of the position profile, discussion of requirements and competencies of candidates with project managers;
• Posting of vacancies on job sites, selection of the most effective platforms for posting vacancies;
• Selection of candidates and conducting interviews;
• Designing test tasks;
• Providing high-quality and timely feedback to candidates;
• Maintenance of candidate database;
• Analysis and statistics on vacancies;
• Search for new, relevant platforms for posting vacancies;
• Active participation in supporting HR processes.< /li>

📌Will be a plus:

• English: from A2;
• Work experience in IT company or marketing agency.
