Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and multitasking Junior Recruiter with fluent English to join our growing team. As a Junior Recruiter at Pharmbills, you will work with an incoming pipeline of candidates, conducting 6+ interviews per day. This role requires stress resistance, a strong focus on achieving results, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands. You will have the opportunity to learn best recruitment practices and tools in a supportive, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 6+ interviews per day with candidates from various backgrounds.
• Manage and evaluate incoming candidate pipelines.
• Utilize best recruitment practices and tools to identify and engage top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and stress resistance.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and practices.
• Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales is preferred.
• Flexibility to work during the second half of the day.
