We are an Israeli company with a background in product development for 9+ years. Now our development team is actively growing, so we need to strengthen our recruiting direction.

We are looking for an attentive and result-oriented Junior Recruiter. We consider candidates with minimal IT experience or after IT recruiting courses, but with mandatory experience in recruiting in other business areas. For us it is important to have practical experience of closing a vacancy from forming a candidate portrait/position profile with the hiring manager to agreeing a job-offer.

For our part, we will provide quality mentorship, interesting tasks and work only with a modern technology stack of developers of all levels. Full-time, remote work.

What you will need to do:

  • Execute full cycle recruitment and assessment of candidates at different levels and in different countries;
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy;
  • Process incoming candidate flow for open positions, as well as independently search for candidates using boolean/x-ray search (working with GitHub, Behance, LinkedIn, Telegram and other platforms);
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates and develop a talent pool to cover future hiring needs;
  • Manage hiring metrics and report on progress;
  • Continually improve recruiting processes and tools to achieve optimal results;
  • Improve candidate experience.

What it takes to join us:

  • Recruiting experience of 1 year or more;
  • Knowledge of strategies and hiring tactics;
  • Solid sourcing skills and the ability to quickly find relevant candidate profiles;
  • Copywriting skills to write emails to candidates so that they never go unanswered;
  • Interviewing and candidate assessment skills;
  • Responsibility, autonomy and ability to multitask;
  • Creative and result oriented approach;
  • Knowledge of English at Intermediate level.
