Brights is looking for a highly driven Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with a recruiter and an HR in the management of a full recruitment cycle;
• Conducting market analysis and writing job descriptions;
• Sourcing relevant candidates using various job search platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, etc.);
• Screening CVs and selecting the most relevant candidates;
• Scheduling, organizing, and conducting interviews;
• Maintaining an ATS (PeopleForce) and keeping track of recruiting/sourcing metrics;
• Cooperating with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a Junior Recruiter position in the IT field;
• Experience sourcing candidates for both technical and non-technical positions;
• Proficiency in using Djinni/LinkedIn for candidate sourcing is a must;
• Hands-on experience in conducting screening interviews;
• Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English;
• Excellent communication and time-management skills;
• Being result-driven and flexible.
