Your potential tasks will be:

• Search and analysis of resumes of candidates for open positions involving a wide variety of resources/platforms
• Initial interviews/telephone screening and communication with candidates
• Company ambassadorship at events/platforms/events within profile and interest
• Administrative work for reporting, plans and successful steps of their implementation

For this you need absolutely few:

• Desire to develop in recruiting
• Communication and the ability to hear and feel the interlocutor even at a distance
• Be active and professional in social networks
• Know English and/or German and be proactive in everything
