Requirements:

• Recruitment experience will be an advantage;
< li> Confident PC user (Excel, Google Doc, Google Sheets);
• Orientation to the result;
• Self-organization;
• Thirst for learning and quick assimilation of new information ;
• High level of communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work in conditions of a large amount of information and urgent tasks.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 in the office, there is an opportunity to switch to a hybrid after the trial period;

Responsibilities:

• Using various channels to search for potential candidates;
• Creating and posting vacancies on various platforms;
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database, storing information about candidates and their selection stages;
• Conducting interviews;
• Organization and support of the candidate throughout the entire recruiting cycle;
• Cooperation with department heads to determine the needs of new employees;
• Providing regular reports on the recruitment process and selection results;
• Implementation of new technologies and approaches to optimize the recruitment process;
• Participation in HR processes: support in conducting integrations and evaluating team culture.
