- Recruitment experience will be an advantage;
< li> Confident PC user (Excel, Google Doc, Google Sheets); - Orientation to the result;
- Self-organization;
- Thirst for learning and quick assimilation of new information ;
- High level of communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in conditions of a large amount of information and urgent tasks.

- Work schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 in the office, there is an opportunity to switch to a hybrid after the trial period;

Responsibilities:
- Using various channels to search for potential candidates;
- Creating and posting vacancies on various platforms;
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database, storing information about candidates and their selection stages;
- Conducting interviews;
- Organization and support of the candidate throughout the entire recruiting cycle;
- Cooperation with department heads to determine the needs of new employees;
- Providing regular reports on the recruitment process and selection results;
- Implementation of new technologies and approaches to optimize the recruitment process;
- Participation in HR processes: support in conducting integrations and evaluating team culture.
