We are looking for a Recruiter!
Requirements
– 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in large-scale recruitment;
– English B1 and above;
– Familiarity with recruiting for customer support or similar positions;
– Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to attract candidates through multiple channels;
– Excellent communication and communication skills;
– Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management skills;
– Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
– Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools;
– Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , business administration or related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
– Manage the full hiring lifecycle for high volume positions with a focus on in customer support positions;
– Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networks;
– Conduct initial screening to assess candidate qualifications and role fit;
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers;
– Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information about candidates;
– Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings;
– Create and maintain a list qualified candidates for current and future vacancies;
– Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process;
– Support the talent acquisition team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
