• When evaluating a candidate, use the STAR methodology;
• You know how to analyze the candidate's answers and convey valuable information to the stakeholder;
• You understand the importance of "candidate experience";
• Don't stop when standard search channels are exhausted;
• Work with objections and counter-offers;
• You are driven by constant development and the search for new solutions.

About the role:

• Closing vacancies of various levels;
• Search for candidates;
• Conducting initial interviews;
• Provision of characteristics to the manager, organization of all stages of recruitment;
• Formation of Job-offer.
