Duties:

• Search for candidates according to the needs of the company;
• Publication of vacancies on job portals, social networks.
• Conducting the first stages of candidate selection (telephone interviews, resume screening);< /li>
• Maintenance of the candidate database and reporting on the effectiveness of the search;
• Participation in the Company's HR projects.

Requirements:

• Ready to take no work experience;
• High level of performance and autonomy;
< li>Creativity in performing tasks;
• Excellent communication skills.
