These experienced professionals seek to challenge assumptions and unlock valuable insights based on a thorough understanding of an organization’s business and industry, and innovative audit methodologies and approaches.Responsibilities:Ensuring quality, timely recruitment of experienced hiresIndirect, direct search and pre-screening of CVsCandidates' assessment and selectionMaking job offers to the selected candidates, coordinating the hiring processCoordinating campaigns for attracting graduate candidatesRequirements:Bachelor or Master degreeEnglish at Intermediate levelMinimum 6 months experience as RecruiterExcellent interviewing skills (competency based interviews as a plus)Strong expertise in search resources and research tools; excellent networking skillsProactive and self motivated, able to work independentlyFriendly, confident, attentive to details
