Our expectations from the candidate: You know how to search and are ready to do it; You write vacancies non-general sentences, attacks that the candidate understands - it's about him; When evaluating the candidate, you use the STAR methodology; You are able to analyze the candidate's answers and convey valuable information to the stakeholder; You understand the importance of "candidate experience"; You do not stop when the standard search channels have already been exhausted; You work with objections and counter-offers ; Uvas is driven by constant development and the search for new solutions. About the role: Closing vacancies of various levels; Searching for candidates; Conducting initial interviews; Providing characteristics to the manager, organizing all stages of recruitment; Forming a Job-offer.
