The role requires high attentiveness and adesire tolearn quickly. The main responsibilities are the reconciliation oftransactions between different back offices manually and with aReconciliation tool developed byourIT team internally. This role provides aunique opportunity tojoin our Team without working experience and further growth within the Company including the priority application topositions opened within the Company.All you needis:Attention todetail and astructured approach tocompletion ofyour deliverables;Good analytical skills and readiness tolearn fast;Team player with well-developed communication skills both verbal and written;Able towork toadeadline, flex with any plan changes, and flag any potential conflicting priorities;Motivation tofind end-to-end solutions and work cross-functionally and with remote teams;Ready towork with large volumes ofinformation for reconciliation purposes inExcel and using areconciliation tool;Atleast advanced English and excellent communication skills atall levels.Also, itwill begreat ifyou have:Relevant sector experience;Excel practical skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reference Functions);Power Query;Understanding ofbookkeeping.Your daily adventures will look like this:Reconcile payment gateway processing transactions across multiple bank accounts and payment system providers using aReconciliation Tool and Excel;Identify and prepare summaries ofoutstanding items tobequeried asper the standard operating procedures;Liaise with FinOps colleagues, and internal teams (Customer support, IT) inaddition tocontacting Correspondents toinvestigate and resolve reconciling items;Produce and review internal orexternal reporting— routine orad-hoc;Attend and actively participate inreview meetings, giving accurate status updates onyour deliverables and raising any queries orissues;Flag ifany improvements could make the process orreporting more efficient orimprove the Reconciliation Tool.So, why Gamingtec?Ifyou are aperson with passion, ideas, and athirst toadvance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
