We are seeking a passionate Junior QA Engineer to ensure our product’s highest quality. As part of our team, you will work with state-of-the-art technology to shape the future of home construction. This role involves both manual testing, where you will execute and manage detailed test cases, and automation testing, where you will develop and maintain test scripts using advanced frameworks. Join us in driving the quality assurance process to achieve excellence in our innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Manual Testing : Execute manual test cases for web applications to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Automation Testing : Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Test Case Development : Create, update, and manage detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Bug Reporting : Identify, record, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Regression Testing : Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Performance Testing : Assist in the execution of performance testing scripts and analyze the results.
• Infrastructure Testing : Participate in the testing of backend infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Security Testing : Conduct security tests to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data protection.
• Continuous Improvement : Engage in the continuous enhancement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of product delivery.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, test cases, and test results.

Requirements

• Education : Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Testing Knowledge : Robust understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Automation Skills : Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for writing automated tests.
• Test Tools : Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Teamwork : Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Communication : Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience : Previous internship or project experience in QA or a related field.
• Database Knowledge : Good understanding of SQL and database management.
• CI/CD : Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
• Performance Testing : Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or similar.
• Infrastructure Testing : Exposure to infrastructure testing.
• Security Testing : Good knowledge of security testing practices and tools.
• Agile Methodology : Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
