Junior QA Manual in Choice

We are looking for a Junior QA manual to join our team. We are ChoiceQR, an international food tech startup with offices in Prague, Warsaw and Kyiv. Our product is a SAAS solution for restaurants, cafes and hotels. Among them are an online menu, order to the table, a platform for your own takeaway delivery, table reservation, reviews and a customer base with a loyalty system. The product is paid for by subscription from $15 to $89 per month. Our product is already used by more than 12,000 businesses around the world. We are looking for a person in the team who is interested not only in testing but also in project management. Therefore, the vacancy will be interesting for those who see themselves as a PM or a business analyst in the future. It is important for us: - English speaking level B2+ (you will communicate in English every day, so a high level is VERY important) - It will be necessary to communicate with our supports and service-partners - Testing experience from 0.5 years - Experience testing web systems - Desire for self-development What you need to do: In addition to direct duties (looking for bugs and issuing bug requests), it will be necessary to: - Maintain order in the board with tasks (Notion.so) - Participate in the writing of documentation/ manuals/ announcements - Help in integrations with other partner systems. - Study documentation, issue applications, communicate with partners - Help monitor development progress. - Sometimes small tasks that will need to be controlled by yourself.
