Junior QA Engineer (Video Team)

We do everything: we produce physical devices (the system consists of many different sensors and hubs), we develop firmware for them, the server part, and we release mobile applications.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team working to integrate streaming video into the Ajax ecosystem.

The job requires you to be able to research complex issues.

Tasks:

— together with the team, make a quality product and maintain it;

— assistance in troubleshooting and root cause analysis;

- Collaborate with team members to achieve best results (developers, BA, QA of other teams).

Necessary knowledge and skills:

— Basic knowledge of network equipment, protocols;

— knowledge of testing principles and methodologies;

- understanding of client-server architecture;

—understanding of the OSI model;

- knowledge of Linux OS (terminal);

—strong technical mindset and analytical thinking;

- high attention to details;

- initiative.

Will be a plus:

— Experience as a system administrator;

—troubleshooting network problems;

— technical education;

- Kibana;

- SQL, KQL etc;
