Job description:

We expect candidates to have clear knowledge of the basics of testing theory, the ability to apply them in practice — the better, the better. Experience working in a team and knowledge of the bug tracking system is a must. A big plus for the candidate will be participation in a project for a corporate customer.

We are looking for candidates who are not afraid to communicate with the client and are ready to learn.

The duties will include:
< span>• analysis and processing of user requests with Jira;
• implementation of competent user consultation;
• individual and group training in working with the program;
• acceptance of work results from programmers (testing);
• search for errors in data and their correction;
• regular reporting on the work done;
• communication with clients in chats, messengers, e-mail and by phone
• solving existing problems of clients and warning new
• writing user documentation
• assistance in testing

Requirements for candidates:
• Work experiencein the relevant project or consultant in the IT department will be an advantage;
• General understanding of the software development process;
• Skills to work with a large amount of information;
• The ability to solve the task or problem that has arisen in the shortest possible time;
• Focus on the result , active life position;
• Competent written and spoken language;
• Higher education - economist/accountant/IT
