We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior QA Engineer (Operational specialist) to join our team. As an Operational Engineer within the Gaming Rollout team, you will work for and support the Product Owners (Gaming Requirements Managers).You will endeavour to ensure the best range of error-free content available in the market to offer our customers.Responsibilities:Game events managementPlanning the maintenance games and promos scheduleRemote games configuration and results verificationCommunication with business stakeholders and 3rd party providers to manage product changesAdopt games and promos for business changesCrash diagnostics and data validationBug reportingShift workEscalation of unresolved issues with engineering teamsRequirements:At least 1 year of experience as a QA or successful completion of QA coursesGood knowledge of QA theory, test design techniques, tools and SDLC processesAbility to prioritize and manage work activities with respect to deadlines, identify risksUnderstanding Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with Task Management System (preferably Jira)Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skillsAnalytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsHigh level of responsibilityUpper-intermediate English level (verbal and written)Benefits:Highly competitive salary30 days off per year + bank holidaysRegular team social eventsThe opportunity to join a fast-growing business where the sky’s the limit.
