Junior QA in Ownplay

Our company is looking for a young QA who has a good theoretical background but little commercial experience. We are looking for a person who has a great desire to work, learn new things and grow as a professional.

Responsibilities

Requirements review and analysis;

Mobile testing (both iOS and Android). Web application testing (both Frontend and Backend).

Report problems in a bug tracking system and follow-up towards resolution;

Conduct root cause analysis on the identified defects, providing sufficient details to understand, replicate and resolve the defect;

Functional, regression, usability and GUI testing;

Exploratory, Smoke, Regression Testing;

Support developers in the identification and reproduction of bugs, work closely to deliver quality software.

Ability to write and work with test documentation: checklists, test cases, test plans, test reports

Requirements

Successfully completed courses in manual testing (Necessarily)

Strong knowledge of QA theory — goals, approaches, types, design, and documentation.

Minimum 6 months of commercial experience.

Knowledge of bug tracking tool(s) and process (JIRA);

Experience with Postman, Swagger

Best practices of how, when, and why to create test cases, bugs, and checklists.

Willing to work closely in a team, nor the ability to execute tasks by yourself.

Readiness to work in very-very fast-paced environment. Flexible and self-learning.

Conversational level of English: ability to maintain efficient written and verbal communication.
