Junior Python developer Web coder in Guru

I am looking for a vibe coder to work on a specific MVP product.

This is a project role where you will be the sole contributor responsible for improving the technical parts.

We need a person who loves AI, learns quickly, knows how to find solutions through neural networks and is not afraid to take responsibility.

Part of the product is already written and undergoing real tests.

The goal is to bring the MVP to a stable state, improve the voice interaction and prepare the system for the next stage of development.Your tasks

• Work with voice AI-assistant (SIP-telephony, improvement of dialogues, integrations).

• Optimization of AI-agents: analysis of logs, correction of errors, stabilization of pipelines.

• Generation and testing of solutions through AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, MiniMax etc.).

• Vibe coding: part of the code is generated by AI, you control, adjust, assemble and run.

• Solving technical micro-tasks from Python scripts to architectural improvements.

• Active search for solutions, initiatives and suggestions for improvements.

• Basic Python skills (minimum level is enough).

• Understanding LLM: prompts, context, modes, pipelines.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.

• Ability to work with AI tools and bring tasks to a conclusion.

• Independence and responsibility (you are the only technical executor).

 Will be a plus

• SIP / VoIP experience.

• Working with voice assistants.

• This is project employment for a specific MVP-product, not work on a permanent basis.
