Our main focus is B2B services and technology solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, maintaining the legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, that is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license for the provision of gambling services.

We are expanding our dream team and looking for Junior PSP Manager.

 Your future tasks:

• daily monitoring of transactions;
• work with chargebacks and refunds;
• document preparation and communication with banks/payments compliance;
• communication with banks/payments on current issues;
• preparation of reports on project work;
• internal communication with departments.

 Your skills:

• 1+ year of relevant betting/gambling experience;
• experience supporting all stages of onboarding payment providers;
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate business-oriented English, both written and spoken;
• proactive, results-oriented approach;
• ability to work in a fast-paced international company under high pressure.
• daily communication with payment providers on various issues;
• solving issues and handling requests related to operational activities;
• analysis and determination of the most effective solutions for a specific geo or payment method;
• support of all stages of PSP implementation: from intro to launch;
• planning according to business requests and subsequent reporting;
• cooperation with various departments: financial, propipeline, engineering and legal departments.
  
  

 Preferred, but not critical:

• experience in payment;
• knowledge of cryptopayments.
