Junior Project Manager / Project Manager in Elevate Core

We are helping our partner in the iGaming domain to strengthen the product team.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager who wants to grow into a strong PM / Delivery / Product specialist - through real work, not "observation from the side".

This is a role for those who value structure, process logic and responsibility for results.

Main tasks and area of responsibility

• Work with iGaming product under the mentorship of Senior PM
• Coordinate tasks between development, QA, content, integrations, operations
teams
• Support delivery processes, pipelines and project timelines
• Maintain tasks, boards and basic structure in Jira
• Work with documentation and updates in Confluence
• Track deadlines, risks and dependencies
• Escalate blockers in a timely manner - without "silence of problems"
• Prepare status updates, reports and notes after meetings
• Participate in communication with internal stakeholders and external providers

Experience is necessary to start

• 1+ year of experience in the role of Junior PM / Project Coordinator / Delivery Assistant or related
• Understanding of basic Agile approaches (Scrum / Kanban)
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or willingness to jump into them quickly
• Interest in iGaming and desire to understand how online casino products work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with priorities, not with "everything at once"
• Proactivity and responsibility for one's zone
• English is sufficient for working with the team and documentation

Will be a plus

• Understanding SDLC
• Experience with Jira Service Desk or support processes
• Technical or analytical background
