Working conditions: full-time employment in the office in Dnipro; after the introduction of the position, it is possible to combine work in the office and remotely (once a week); working day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 24 paid vacation days per year and 10 paid days off, compensation for sick leave. The purpose of the work: to provide foreign clients with high-quality service for multi-linguistic and DTP projects. Tasks of the Junior PM: maintain contact with clients and contractors (conduct correspondence, agree terms and coordinate the order fulfillment process); manage projects in a special project management system (CRM); prepare packages of documents for translation in translation programs and perform automated quality control of completed orders. In order to successfully perform these tasks, it is important to: speak English at a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level: all communications with clients and often with contractors are carried out in English. English is the basic language of our CRM system and part of the industry software; to be ready to study and work in translation programs: the PM activity involves working with a large number of industry software, which is constantly updated; have a complete higher education (mainly philology/ translation). Philologists usually easily understand the various types of services, the calculation system and the logic of conducting translation projects. But managers with different educations work in our team, so we limit ourselves exclusively to linguistics. Our recruitment process takes up to 10 employees: testing → interview by the recruiter → interview by the hiring manager → internship → office at your post.
